A boat gliding across a lake

About

Emily Poulin

My background in business started early. I graduated college at 20 through an accelerated program with a bachelor’s degree in business from Southern New Hampshire University. I began my career in management at Enterprise, where I spent four years building a strong foundation in leadership, problem solving, and customer service. Those early years taught me the importance of listening first, understanding people’s goals, and helping them navigate decisions with confidence.

Not long after, I joined the team at Long Lake Marina during one of the most explosive periods the boating industry has ever seen. Over the past six years, I’ve had the opportunity to build and grow the Finance & Insurance department, working closely with customers as they navigate boat purchases, financing, warranties, and protection planning.

Through those experiences, I began to notice something bigger. Many of the same conversations people were having about their boats were also happening around their homes, insurance coverage, and long-term financial planning — but those conversations were often happening in completely separate places with different advisors.

That realization led me to expand my licensing into mortgage lending through ME Pro Mortgage, as well as life, health, property, and casualty insurance through Champoux Insurance. My goal has always been to create a more centralized resource — a place where people can receive clear guidance and real options when making important financial decisions.

I’m always looking to grow and learn, not only for myself but for the people I work with. I’m motivated by helping others and making sure they have access to the best information and options available.

HullHouse 360 grew from that philosophy. I created it to provide a more centralized and trusted place where boaters and homeowners can have honest conversations, understand their options, and move forward with confidence when it comes to financing, protection, and long-term planning. I’m constantly researching new products, expanding my knowledge, and looking for ways to improve both myself and the value I bring to the people I work with.

When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me petting every dog that passes by, enjoying a good martini and steak, skiing or snowboarding, trail running, riding my Yamaha MT-07, watching football, or getting outside whenever I can.

At the end of the day, my goal is simple: to help people protect the things that matter most — both on the water and at home.
