Yamaha Y.E.S. Warranty

Your 2026 WaveRunner includes Yamaha’s standard 1-year factory warranty, which provides initial protection for key engine and mechanical components. Yamaha also offers the option to extend this coverage through the Yamaha Extended Service (Y.E.S.) program, allowing owners to extend factory-backed protection by an additional four years for a total of five years of coverage.

Many owners choose to maintain factory warranty protection to help minimize unexpected repair expenses, transfer risk, and provide long-term peace of mind throughout ownership. Because the program is administered directly through Yamaha, repairs are handled using genuine Yamaha parts and certified technicians.

In many cases, a single covered repair during the extended term can offset the cost of the protection — and often exceed it — making it a practical risk-management decision for long-term ownership. An added benefit is that the coverage remains fully transferable to a future owner, which can help support the resale value of your WaveRunner.

This is the only factory-backed extended warranty option available through Yamaha.

Ultimar Protection System

WaveRunners experience a different type of wear than traditional boats — frequent trailering, beach landings, docking, and constant sun exposure all take a toll on both the hull and seating surfaces.

We offer Ultimar® Surface Protection, a professionally applied coating designed to help preserve the cosmetic condition of your WaveRunner. When Ultimar is selected on its own, the treatment is applied to both the seating surfaces and exterior hull, helping protect against sun exposure, staining, fading, and everyday wear.This protection also includes a 5-year cosmetic insurance plan covering items not included in the factory warranty, such as seat punctures, rips, stains, fading, spotting, loss of gloss, chalking, and UV damage. The product is professionally applied by our team prior to delivery to help keep your unit looking new despite real-world use.

IGL Marine Ceramic Coating

For customers looking for a more heavy-duty exterior finish, we also offer IGL Marine Ceramic Coating. This professionally applied ceramic coating bonds to the fiberglass and gelcoat surfaces of the hull, enhancing surface strength while helping protect against scratches, marring, oxidation, and dullness.

IGL is applied to the exterior hull only, creating a durable, high-gloss protective layer that repels water and contaminants while eliminating the need for traditional waxing. This protection can last up to three years and is especially helpful for areas that experience contact during loading, trailering, and docking.

Many owners choose to combine these two protections. In the combined protection package, Ultimar is applied to the seating surfaces while IGL Ceramic Coating is applied to the exterior hull, providing specialized protection for both areas of the WaveRunner.

Both options are available individually or as a combined package depending on your ownership goals.

Long Lake Marina offers a 3-Season Pre-Paid Maintenance Plan available exclusively during the initial purchase process for customers planning to utilize our service department.

This plan includes:

This program allows you to pre-pay anticipated service at a discounted rate, lock in current pricing, and ensure all maintenance is performed according to Yamaha’s recommended service schedule.
