Long Lake Marina Engine & Boat Protection
Long Lake Marina offers dealership-backed mechanical protection programs for many pre-owned boats.
When a factory warranty is still active, customers may still qualify for Long Lake Marina’s 10-year engine and boat accessory protection programs. For units where the factory warranty has expired, protection terms may be available for up to 5 years, depending on the unit’s age and condition.
These programs are designed using real-world service trends we see in our shop and allow claims to be handled directly in-house, helping simplify the repair process and minimize unexpected ownership costs.
Cosmetic Protection Options
Many pre-owned boats and watercraft also qualify for cosmetic protection designed to preserve the appearance and long-term value of the unit.
Ultimar Surface Protection may be available depending on the model year of the unit. In many cases, units within two model years of the current year may qualify for 5-year protection, while older units may qualify for 3-year protection depending on age and condition.
IGL Marine Ceramic Coating is available for most fiberglass boats and watercraft and provides durable exterior protection against oxidation, scratches, and environmental wear. Pricing may vary depending on the condition of the unit.For units where protection film is not already installed, Vantage protection products may also be available.
Manufacturer Extended Coverage
Some manufacturers offer extended warranty options for qualifying pre-owned units.
For example, certain Yamaha boats and WaveRunners (typically 2017 model year and newer) may qualify for Yamaha’s Used Y.E.S. warranty or renewal coverage, depending on the unit’s warranty expiration date.

Pre-Paid Maintenance Programs
Long Lake Marina also offers Pre-Paid Maintenance Plans for pre-owned units. These programs allow customers to pre-pay routine service at discounted rates while ensuring maintenance is performed according to manufacturer specifications.
